KidZ World

We ask parents/guardians to check their children at the check-in desk, where we will ask for pertinent information to ensure the safety of your child(ren). After checking in you will receive a minimum of 2 check-in stickers (1 child ID and 1 pick-up tag). Each child will have their check-in ID sticker with their name, class/location, a unique pick-up ID number, and an emergency contact number. When your service has ended, your children will be ready to be picked up and share their experience with you!  Our Kidz World  Team Members will assist you with this by you handing them the pick-up tag . The Kidz World Team Member will NOT release any child to any adult without the appropriate matching security pick up tag.

In the event of an emergency, or your child should need you during service, our Kids World team members will display  the number indicated on your child’s ID over the monitor’s in the main sanctuary.

If your child is in the Birth – PreK classrooms please only leave the following items:

– Diaper- with child’s first and last name or Item tag on it.

– Sippy Cup/Bottle- with child’s first and last name or Item tag on it.

– Pacifier- with child’s first and last name or Item tag on it.

For our K-5th classroom.
It is recommended that your child bring their bible. 

In order to keep Kidz World a safe and secure environment for parents and children, the following security measures are in effect:

Team members are required to match the security number on the child’s ID tag with the one on the Pick-up tag. Only team members with appropriate authorization are allowed in Kidz World environments.

No adult is permitted to work in Kidz World areas without a completed background check.

Every classroom or environment will have at least two team members present at all times. In the event that a parent loses their child’s pickup tag, that parent/guardian must complete a Lost Tag form with a Kidz World Team Leader.
